Cancellation Policy
We understand that scheduling changes can occur. However, to ensure efficient use of staff time and allow for other patients to access appointments, we require advanced notice for cancellations. Cancellations made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment will be processed without any fees. Cancellations made with less than 1 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $5 per injection. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable alternative time slot.
